What is the Adam PTM Steel Drum & Barrel Scale?
The PTM is a durable, portable industrial scale from British weighing scale manufacturers Adam Equipment. It features a low-profile, non-slip mild steel surface, built-in ramps and a choice of two indicators - the GK or the AE403 (the 'PTM500 [Base Only]' option is the base only, without an indicator).
The PTM has a large 500kg capacity and 100g readability. Its rugged construction with integrated wheels permit easy movement within industrial and heavy-duty environments for weighing oversized drums, barrels and sacks.
What is the difference between the GK option and the AE403 option?
The PTM Drum & Barrel Scale is supplied with either the GK or the AE403 indicator. The GK is the affordable, entry-level option: it features a bright, clear display, simple checkweighing functions and a full numeric keypad making basic parts counting tasks easy.
