What is the Kern PFB Precision Balance?

The PFB by Kern is a high accuracy precision balance. A range of capacity and accuracy options are available, including 0.001g readability options. Its convenient small size makes it easy to stack and store away, and it includes a range of easy to use features such as percentage weighing, parts counting and optional data transfer (see printers and or the RS-232 to USB adaptor, for sending data to a PC, in the accessories list). The PFB is powered by rechargeable battery.

How to use the Kern PFB Precision Balance

The PFB provides instant, precision accuracy. Simply add an item to the plastic wipe-clean pan and the weight will appear on the clear, backlit LCD display.

For even greater weighing accuracy, the tare button allows you to remove the weight of a bowl, plate or cup. Simply add the empty bowl to the scale, press tare, and then add the item to be weighed, in the bowl, to the scale.
