What is the Kern DS Floor Scale?

The Kern DS Floor Scales is a multi-functional weighing machine with an IP65 rated display, and a durable stainless steel design. This is an intuitive industrial scale for demanding environments, which blends high capacities with a high resolution load cell to give a dependable and accurate weighing experience with every use.

A protective working cover for the balance display is supplied as standard.

The Kern DS Floor Scale puts ease of use at the forefront of its design, with a simple step by step display and uncomplicated user interface. The Kern DS Floor Scale features a backlit LCD display with 18mm digits, capable of being detached and moved to make reading weighing results easy.

With freely programmable weighing units, as e.g. for the length of strings in g/m, density in g/cm³, paper weights in g/m², etc. It can be used excellently for the determination of weight for paper or in the textile industry for the determination of the length of strings.
